Suvi is a seasoned professional in marketing, growth, and change leadership, with 20 years of experience. She has worked in both B2C and B2B marketing at Tuloksella and Differo. Currently, she serves on the board of Hopkins.
She is especially passionate about customer-driven responsibility marketing strategies for large corporations, change leadership towards sustainability, and helping SME leadership and boards engage with the sustainability agenda.
She is currently studying sustainability and sustainable development at the Open University of Jyväskylä. Suvi speaks particularly on the topic of transitioning toward sustainability and its impact on business performance.

She also shapes the future of the industry as Chair of the Board at Marketing Association MARK. Her marketing expertise includes strategy, planning, digitalization, content, social media, and implementation—especially from the perspective of B2C brands. Marika is a certified expert in responsible marketing and communications. We help our clients act responsibly and develop their operations in line with the principles of sustainable development, through our expertise. Together with our partners, we work to make sustainability more accessible and provide tools that make both implementation and communication as easy and as impactful as possible.

We act transparently and honestly toward both our clients and our collaborators. What’s agreed gets done in the best possible way. We also make sure our governance exceeds legal requirements. We expect the same level of integrity from all our partners.
While a few people can’t singlehandedly change carbon emissions or waste volumes, we still want to do our part—within the scale available to us.
We aim to minimize emissions from both our business and personal lives. We primarily use public transport, drive low-emission vehicles when necessary, and only fly when absolutely essential. We work from home and use shared office spaces. In our everyday lives, we reduce consumption and prefer not only plant-based food but also recycled goods. Our goal is to better understand our environmental impact and develop a concrete plan to improve it.
